Who we are?!

In short a couple of Jersey natives who came out west to make some desserts. We somehow found our way to the small town of Yelm and it's now the base of operations for Doodle Buns Bakery!

Kim Ruocco - Owner/CEO. Former Head Baker at an award winning bakery in New Jersey, Kim has brought her expertise across the country so that everyone can enjoy the marvels she can create. She started out studying fine art and photography before realizing her love for baking, and her creative background shows in the details of each item produced by Doodle Buns Bakery.


Derek Ruocco - Assistant to the Regional Manager. Business Manager, Website Developer, Kitchen Assistant and Expert in setting up tables. Derek has honed his talents to help make Doodle Buns Bakery more than just excellent baked delicacies. It is now baked delicacies on table displays.


Harvey - Professional Lounger. As seen in the picture above, Harvey helps keep everything running by making sure his share of napping on the job gets done.


Our Kitchen (Masonry Cafe & Catering!!!!) - Doodle Buns Bakery started in our apartment but we have sinced partnered with Masonry Cafe using their kitchen to make the magic happen. Everything at Masonry we've tried has been great so we are thrilled to be working with them, go give them a try you may even find our desserts on display! (Location)
